Trust: The New Currency
A reflection on trust, reputation and character in leadership and professional relationships—and the accountability and long-term consequences that follow our choices.

Trust is the new currency.
And once it is spent on lies, manipulation, and character assassination, the real cost may not appear immediately.
Sometimes, people tolerate what they should have corrected.
Sometimes, organizations protect what they should have confronted.
Sometimes, silence becomes permission.
But time has a way of revealing everything.
Character eventually speaks louder than accusations.
Truth has a way of surviving noise.
And whatever is planted—in people, in leadership, in culture—eventually produces its own harvest.
So I will not fight evil with evil.
I’ll simply watch the fruit speak for itself.
“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”
— Romans 12:21
What we sow, we eventually reap. 🌱
