A personal reflection from awards night · September 30, 2026

Tonight, I received the Most Outstanding Marketing Professional in the Broadcast Media Industry award at the Philippine Finest Business Awards 2026.

Receiving an award is always a special moment—but for me, this one carries a deeper meaning.

For 14 years, I served in the broadcasting industry, growing through different seasons of sales, marketing, digital transformation, communications, leadership, and public service. Much of what I know today about audiences, storytelling, brand building, partnerships, and purpose was shaped by those years.

And while my professional journey has now expanded into technology, consultancy, digital marketing, innovation, AI, education, tourism, communications, and professional speaking, broadcasting will always remain an important part of my story.

This recognition reminds me that the work we have done in the past continues to speak—even as God leads us into new assignments.

I receive this award with gratitude for every person who became part of the journey: the leaders who trusted me, mentors who guided me, colleagues and teams who worked alongside me, clients and partners who believed in what we could build, organizations that opened doors for me, and friends and family who continued to encourage me through every season.

And above all, I give the glory to God.

Every opportunity, every platform, every achievement, every closed door, every new beginning—they are all part of a much bigger purpose.

This is not simply a recognition of what has already been accomplished.

For me, it is also a reminder to keep learning, keep serving, keep creating value, and keep using whatever influence and experience God has entrusted to me to help others grow.

From broadcast media to digital.
From marketing to technology.
From corporate leadership to consultancy.
From industry work to classrooms and stages.

The platforms may change.

But the mission remains: create value, influence with purpose, and make the work matter.

Thank you to the Philippine Finest Business Awards for this recognition.

Tonight, I celebrate.
Tomorrow, we continue the work. 🙏✨

To God be all the glory.

“He must become greater; I must become less.” — John 3:30

Recognition beyond the awards night

Organized by La Visual Corporation and Sirbisu Channel, the Philippine Finest Business Awards & Outstanding Achievers combines recognition with a campaign to bring awardees’ stories to wider audiences.

The billboard campaign brings the awardees into everyday public view through large-format LED displays and digital screens. The ten images below document Sir Next’s award artwork, daytime and nighttime roadside sightings, and the campaign’s C5 Salonga fifth-airing collage.

Published reports also describe a wider 2026 campaign covering roadside billboards, mall screens, airport displays, and transport screens. These reports identify campaign venues for participating awardees; they do not establish that every honoree appeared at every venue.
