As a marketer and technology advocate, I’m interested in what happens between these topics. AI changes how we understand customers. Communities change how trust is built. Leadership determines whether an organization can turn a useful insight into action.
I’m glad to be part of the conversations as a moderator. My hope is that participants leave with sharper questions, fresh connections, and ideas they can bring back to the people and organizations they serve.
