His Last Command, Our First Concern: Serving at the MMC National Leadership Seminar
Four days of learning, reflection, fellowship, and renewed commitment brought Christian leaders together at the Haggai Philippines – Metro Manila Chapter National Leadership Seminar, September 2026 batch. For Sir Next, the gathering was also an opportunity to serve through technical and multimedia work, logistics, and secretariat support.

One mission across many spheres of influence
The gathering took place at OMI Missionary Center in Quezon City. The complete event account covers September 14–17, including Day 0; the event poster lists the main seminar dates as September 15–17, 2026.
Under the theme “His Last Command, Our First Concern!”, the seminar brought together Christian leaders from professions, ministries, businesses, and other spheres of influence. Chapter President Atty. Desiree Macaraeg and the National Seminar Working Committee led the event.
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…”
— Matthew 28:19–20
The Great Commission gave the gathering its central purpose: becoming better equipped to advance the Gospel where God has placed each participant. Leadership in this setting includes both personal responsibility and a willingness to prepare others.

Sir Next’s volunteer contribution
Sir Next supported technical and multimedia needs, alongside logistics and secretariat work. These responsibilities connect the visible program with the preparation and coordination that happen behind it.
His service draws on his background in media, communication, and digital tools. Helping a gathering function well is itself a practical contribution: it supports the environment in which participants can learn, reflect, and connect with one another.

Calling Christian leaders: The next step
The chapter’s announcement identifies November 2026 as the next National Leadership Seminar. Christian leaders who want to deepen their calling and become more intentional in sharing the Gospel are invited to express interest through Haggai Philippines – Metro Manila Chapter.
You do not have to be a pastor or a full-time ministry worker. Entrepreneurs, executives, educators, public servants, creatives, professionals, and community leaders can also bring their experience and influence into service.
Contact MMC Secretariat representative Carol Toledo Bataller through the chapter to ask about the November batch, including final dates, venue, requirements, and availability.
